Easily the best cheesesteaks in Eastern Idaho, great service everytime I have been in,and great variety on the menu. The place is a little out of the way but not hard to get to. I've had the the traditional with beef and also the chicken variant, both were cooked perfectly everytime I've had them and seasoned just right. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the couple times I've met the owners really nice. To the people that whine about no cheese wiz, um gross, and not a real cheesesteak. You can get those from some tourist restaurant in philly of you want. Only thing I would add to the menu are pierogies and Tasty Kakes (coconut juniors ).

Excellent Food! Lots of choices. Has to be the best philly steak in East Idaho! Amazing grilled cheese sandwich!

I have never had a cheesesteak so I was very excited to try this place. I got the normal one with peppers and cheese and it was great! The service was fast. If you want to go somewhere to eat for the atmosphere, this isn't your joint. It is your typical "hole in the wall" place. Small and humble. But if you want great grub, head on over! I can't wait to try it again.

Despite some of the debbie downer reviews, I went because a friend who knows what a real cheese steak is like recommended the place. I got the original philly cheese steak and it was really good! Meat was tender and the flavor was great. I would recommend it to anybody. Trust me in ignoring the bad reviews and try this place out.

Just what we were looking for. My husband saw the commercial for Franklin's and so Saturday we set out to find this gem of a Resturant. It wasn't what I expected at all! It was better! The food was delicious we had the original cheesesteak, fries, and onion rings. We loved that they do crinkle cut fries! I am always hesitant when it comes to meat ( I always seem to get a piece that is in eatable) not the case here! So happy to report that the meat had no tough gross bits. It was just right! Can't wait to go back!!! You should for sure try it out!!

I love philly cheesesteaks. So much so, that I made a trip to philly last summer with my brother to eat authentic philly cheesesteaks. I was really excited when this place opened because I didn't want to have to fly out to philly again to enjoy a cheesesteak sandwich. The meat was ok, the bread was way too soft and cheese whiz wasn't an option. You HAVE to offer cheese whiz in order to be authentic. Honestly if they just offered cheese whiz on their sandwiches, I'd give it another shot. Until then I'll have to drive to Salt lake and eat at moochies or save for another trip to philly

This is definitely the BEST Philly Cheesesteak in Idaho!!! We moved to Rexburg just a few months ago and have been craving good food that we were used to having in our past metropolitan area. We tried this place out when visiting IF. We now go whenever we get the chance. Their regular Philly, blue cheese and chicken Philly are our favorites. The meat is lean and flavorful. If you haven't been, you're missing out!

I went to this place despite the mixed reviews because I was in the mood for a Philly. Was the food terrible? No. Was it worth almost $11 for just a Philly and a very small order of fries? No. Should they charge $1.75 just to add lettuce, tomato and mayo? No. Would I ever go back? No. Enough said.

$7 for a cheese steak sandwich, NOT including fries or a drink? Very disappointing. The food was okay, but not brilliant. My biggest complaint isn't the price to food ratio, but the hours. Closing at 3pm isn't a good practice for a restaurant.

Had the Santa Fe with grilled chicken and Franklin Fries. The fries come with cajun seasoning and the philly comes with three kinds of bell peppers and sweet onions. Thought the dollar menu was a neat idea. The place is open 11-8 except 11-4 Saturdays.
